Occupational Health and Compliance

Protecting employee health is more than a legal requirement—it’s a responsibility. Life & Safety Consultants helps organizations meet OSHA standards and safeguard their workforce through comprehensive occupational health services. From respiratory protection to ergonomic assessments, our team provides the expertise and on-site support you need to stay compliant and keep employees safe.

FA/CPR & Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) Training

Emergencies happen when you least expect them. Therefore, our instructor-led and hybrid First Aid/CPR/AED programs equip employees with the skills to respond confidently in critical moments. In addition, we provide OSHA-compliant Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) training so workers clearly understand how to reduce exposure risks when handling blood or other potentially infectious materials.

Hearing Conservation

Noise hazards don’t just risk OSHA citations—more importantly, they endanger long-term employee health. To address this, Life & Safety Consultants develops and supports Hearing Conservation Programs that comply with OSHA 1910.95. Specifically, our services include audiometric testing, baseline and annual audiograms, and on-site evaluations to identify at-risk employees. Finally, results are uploaded to a secure portal, giving your organization real-time access to compliance data.

Emergency Response Simulations

Being prepared saves lives. We provide scenario-based simulations that test your employees’ ability to respond to workplace emergencies—from medical events to chemical spills. These simulations strengthen employee confidence, reinforce training, and help organizations evaluate the effectiveness of their emergency response plans.

Ergonomic Assessments

Poor ergonomics lead to injuries, lost productivity, and higher workers’ compensation costs. Our ergonomic assessments identify risk factors in workstations, tools, and workflows. We provide actionable recommendations that reduce strain, improve comfort, and enhance employee performance.
